Job Description:
- Purchasing and negotiation skills
- Effective written and spoken communication in English
- Build and achieve team goals, plan, direct and manage the purchasing team
- Provide product pricing availability.
- Vendor Management (Visiting, auditing , evaluation, pricing management)
- Product searching and product Information gathering
- Processing of Purchase orders and follow up.
- Authority in choosing products for purchasing
- Support and help to solve problems
- Work strictly in accordance with Purchase policies, PO approval policies and other company policies
- Work closely with Financial Department to reconcile the inventory accounts. Ensure smooth co-ordination with them
- Provide information to Finance Department according to their needs.
- Review and establish a purchasing strategy and reverent policies.
