HOUSE KEEPING GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE

• Provides a high level of service standards.
• Follow-up on any assignments given by his supervisor.
• Equipping all rooms with linen, amenities in the guest rooms.
• Reports any loss or damage to the floor supervisor.
• Exhibits excellent grooming standards, Should be helpful and courteous to guests at all times, should have good communication skill.
• Preparing rooms for guest arrival and responding to special guest requests.
• Listening and responding to guest’s requests or complaints.
