GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE F&B SERVICE

• To maintain high standard of service to guest.
• Knowledge of tables layout , checks on all service stations, bar, guest rest rooms and understanding of the menu to aid in optimum selling.
• Update sales and other log books.
• Maintain discipline and encourages team work.
• Willing to go out of my way to make guests comfortable and their dining experience pleasurable.
• Ensuring food safety , quality and cleanliness/sanitation of facilities in restaurant.
