Job Description:

• Managing fund flow, debts etc. monitoring cash / fund flow statements and ensuring optimum fund utilization. Working capital management and interaction with Bankers. Business and financial strategy and planning, monitoring, management and reporting, including management and development of policies, systems, processes and personnel involved.
• Reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts .
• Statutory compliances of various laws, statutes, regulations etc. in the transactions by the organization. Finalization of accounts, interaction with statutory and internal auditors
