Job Description:

• Managing day to day Food and Beverage operations in an effective manner
• Generate all necessary reports on a regular basis
• Maximize profitability, Ensure high standard of service and exceed guest satisfaction
• Generate new business. Developing and managing the department annual operating budget to achieve and exceed budget expectations.
• Effectively respond and handle guest problems and complaints.
• To train, develop and lead the F&B team to achieve organizational goals.
• Should have experience in handling menu engineering & analysis.
• Conduct quality Audits, monitor revenues and expenses.
