Job Description:
- Managing day to day Food and Beverage operations in an effective manner
- Generate all necessary reports on a regular basis
- Maximize profitability, Ensure high standard of service and exceed guest satisfaction
- Generate new business. Developing and managing the department annual operating budget to achieve and exceed budget expectations.
- Effectively respond and handle guest problems and complaints.
- To train, develop and lead the F&B team to achieve organizational goals.
- Should have experience in handling menu engineering & analysis.
- Conduct quality Audits, monitor revenues and expenses.
