Job Description:
- Prepare menu items as per standards fixed by the Chef.
- Concentrate on qualitative and cost effective food production.
- Check the production plan for the day in the department and keep the Executive Chef informed.
- Make duty rosters for the outlets keeping in mind work loads and peak hours.
- Comply with the standard recipes framed by the executive Chef.
- Optimize operation in accordance with the hotel industry.
- Should be team player.
