Job Description:

  • Prepare menu items as per standards fixed by the Chef.
  • Concentrate on qualitative and cost effective food production.
  • Check the production plan for the day in the department and keep the Executive Chef informed.
  • Make duty rosters for the outlets keeping in mind work loads and peak hours.
  • Comply with the standard recipes framed by the executive Chef.
  • Optimize operation in accordance with the hotel industry.
  • Should be team player.
